12VAC Electric rim lock (sometimes called an electric gate latch) to suit metal gates. Excellent security on automatic twin gates with its 2000kg pull resistance. The lock is mounted horizontally. Can use a multi voltage adaptor to reduce 24VAC operators to the Eletrikka’s 12VAC power supply. Accessible with key both sides of the gate should power fail (this lock is Fail Secure- it is released with a key should the power fail).

Red button:

Red button releases the lock as long as the lock has been unlocked with the key.

When the lock has been locked with the key, the red button will not release the lock.
